Heating Instructions & Ingredients
Low Fat Garden Vegetable Enchiladas  
Keep frozen until ready to heat.
Microwave Oven: Puncture the plastic seal covering the enchiladas several times with a fork. Place tray in oven and set on high for approximately 4½-5 minutes (variations do occur in microwave ovens, so consult your owner’s guide for exact settings and time). 
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Puncture the plastic seal covering the enchiladas several times with a fork. Place tray on baking tray in center of oven. Heat approximately 25 minutes or until hot. 
Ingredients: Enchilada filling (rennetless non fat cheddar cheese, organic bell pepper, organic pinto beans, rennetless cheddar cheese, organic corn, green chilis, onion, black olives, herbs and spices, sea salt), enchilada sauce (filtered water, organic tomato puree, herbs and spices, organic whole wheat flour, sweet rice flour, honey, sea salt, guar gum), organic corn tortillas Contains: Wheat, milk.
